After working in stage, television and film in Mexico and Europe, Counting the Days marks the US acting and directing debut of Joaquín San Lorenzo. He states, “Aside from working around some extremely talented actors, what I really like about this project is that there are no scenes involving Ashton Kutcher.” He is very proud to be doing this project in the San Francisco Bay Area, as according to him, there is no other spot on earth this story could have taken place.
